Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 01 February 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and GH Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operating the Alice Dating mobile application (“Alice Dating,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the App and related services (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement

  • Are permitted to use the Service under applicable law

We may verify age and suspend or terminate accounts suspected of underage use.
 

2. Account Responsibility

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep login credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

  • Account Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data through the App settings. Deleting the App from your device does not delete your account or cancel active subscriptions.
     

3. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications from us via SMS, email, or push notifications. These include identity verification (OTP), onboarding reminders, match alerts, and updates to our legal terms. You may opt-out of promotional messages at any time by following the "unsubscribe" link or replying "STOP" to SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.
 

4. Nature of the Service

Alice Dating is a dating platform intended to encourage intentional, real-world connections. You acknowledge that:

  • Match availability may be limited

  • Matches may be shown simultaneously to users

  • Messaging may be restricted or capped (e.g., a 10-message limit)

  • Conversations may close automatically

  • Contact details are shared only after mutual consent

  • No matches, responses, or outcomes are guaranteed.
     

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit others

  • Post illegal, misleading, or harmful content

  • Engage in fraud, spam, or commercial solicitation

  • Misrepresent identity or age

  • Attempt to disrupt or access non-public systems

We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion, with or without notice.
 

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant GH Technologies LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process the content solely to operate and improve the Service.
 

7. Safety & Interactions

You understand that:

  • No criminal background checks are conducted

  • Interactions occur at your own risk

  • Alice Dating is not responsible for offline behavior or outcomes

  • Use in-app Block and Report tools if you feel unsafe.

8. Child Safety & CSAE Policy

GH Technologies LLC has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

  • Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, uploading, or soliciting any content that depicts or encourages the exploitation of minors.

  • Reporting: If you encounter any content or behavior involving a minor, use the in-app "Report" tool immediately or contact us at info@alice.dating.

  • Enforcement: We will immediately terminate the accounts of any user involved in such activities, remove the content, and report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. No Professional Advice

Alice Dating does not provide relationship, psychological, medical, legal, or professional advice of any kind.
 

10. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require payment. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled via store settings. Deleting the App does not cancel subscriptions.
 

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms or related policies

  • Your behavior poses risk to users or the platform

  • You may stop using the Service at any time.
     

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, performance, or outcomes.
 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GH Technologies LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including those arising from user interactions or offline events.
 

14. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through individual, binding arbitration in Wyoming, and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
 

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GH Technologies LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
 

16. App Store Disclaimer

These Terms are between you and GH Technologies LLC only, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service and have no support obligations.
 

17. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming or the federal courts of the United States for the District of Wyoming.
 

18. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
