This Privacy Policy explains how GH Technologies LLC, operating the Alice Dating mobile application ("Alice Dating," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Alice Dating mobile application and related services (the "App"). By accessing or using Alice Dating, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
When you create an account or use the App, we may collect:

Name, Email address, and Phone number.
Location and Date of birth (used only to verify age eligibility).
Profile information (such as gender, photos, religion, smoking habits, height, interests, bio, and preferences).
Messages and interactions within the App.
Support requests or communications.

Phone Numbers: Your phone number is used for identity verification (OTP) and essential service communications. It is shared with other users only with your explicit consent (for example, after mutual approval). Otherwise, it remains private.
Note: We may also receive phone numbers and names through our Brand Ambassador Program, as described in Section 1(e).
 

b) Information Collected Automatically
When you use Alice Dating, we may automatically collect:

Device information (device type, operating system, app version).
IP address and Log data (such as access times and actions within the App).
Approximate location (city or region). We do not collect precise GPS locations unless you explicitly allow it.

 

c) Information from Third Parties
If you sign up or log in using third-party services (such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In), we may receive limited information (such as a verified email address), according to that provider's privacy settings.
 

d) Information from Brand Ambassadors and Contractors
When individuals apply to or work with us as brand ambassadors, contractors, or other service providers, we collect information necessary for the engagement, including: full legal name, email, phone number, home address, date of birth, banking information (routing number, account number), tax identification information (such as Social Security Number via IRS Form W-9), social media handles, and any related communications. This information is collected solely for the purpose of managing the contractor relationship, processing payments, and complying with US tax reporting obligations.
 

e) Information About Referred Users
Our brand ambassadors may submit limited information about individuals they refer to Alice Dating, specifically full name and phone number. This information is collected to verify the referral, contact the referred individual where appropriate, and process ambassador compensation. Brand ambassadors are contractually required to obtain informed consent from referred individuals before submitting their information to us.

 

2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to:

Create and manage user accounts.
Operate, maintain, and improve the App.
Provide match suggestions and messaging features.
Communications: Send transactional SMS and emails regarding account verification (OTP), onboarding nudges, match alerts, and 10-message window notifications. You may opt-out of promotional communications at any time.
Enable mutual contact sharing.
Enforce safety rules and prevent abuse or fraud.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information:

With other users, according to how the App functions (profile details are visible; contact details are shared only after mutual consent).
With service providers (hosting, SMS delivery, analytics, moderation), under confidentiality obligations.
When required by law, court order, or lawful requests by public authorities.
To protect the rights, safety, or property of users, GH Technologies LLC, or the public.

Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information; such data will not be shared with any third parties.
Contractor and Referral Data: Information collected from brand ambassadors and about referred users is shared with our payment processors (such as Mercury Bank) and tax compliance services as needed to process payments, issue tax forms (e.g., Form 1099-NEC), and meet legal obligations. Referred user information is not used for marketing purposes without the referred individual's separate consent.

4. Messaging & User Content
Messages and content shared through the App are stored and processed to operate the service, enforce rules, and improve safety. Content may be reviewed:

When reported by users.
When required for legal, safety, or technical reasons.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the App and comply with legal obligations.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time via the App settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.
Tax and Financial Records: Information collected for tax reporting purposes (including W-9 forms, payment records, and 1099-NEC filings) is retained for a minimum of four (4) years from the end of the relevant tax year, as required by US Internal Revenue Service regulations.
Note: Deleting the App from your device does not automatically cancel paid subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Most data can be managed directly through App settings.

 

7. Brand Ambassador Program Privacy
If you participate in our Brand Ambassador Program, additional terms apply:

Your information is governed by both this Privacy Policy and your Independent Contractor Agreement.
Banking and tax information is encrypted and accessed only by authorized personnel for payment and tax purposes.
Tax documentation (Form W-9) is retained for at least four years following the end of the engagement, as required by US tax law.
You may request deletion of non-essential personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Children's Privacy
Alice Dating is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted.

 

9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

 

10. International Data Transfers
GH Technologies LLC is based in the United States. Your information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence.

 

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding privacy or data handling are subject to the individual binding arbitration and governing law clauses outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

 

12. Third-Party Services
The App may include links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

 

13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
On April 25, 2026, we updated this policy to include information about our Brand Ambassador Program, including data collected from brand ambassadors and referred users.
